Most of our services are covered by commissions from hotels, cruise lines, and tour companies, so there’s usually no extra cost to you. For custom trips, we charge a planning fee based on the trip’s complexity and how much time we have to plan. This allows us to give your trip the care and attention it deserves.

Once we start planning, I’ll share a clear payment schedule with your deposit amount and balance due dates. Since each trip involves different travel partners, details may vary, but I’ll make sure it all aligns with their policies. Flexible payment plans are available to make the process easy and stress-free.

All of your travel documents will be delivered electronically through our Itineraries app. You’ll have access to your full itinerary, confirmation details, tickets, vouchers, and personalized recommendations all in one place. The best part? It works offline, too.
